Know your options

Real work.
Clear prices.

From a fresh exterior to a closer look at an overheating console. Browse the service that fits your device—no phone call needed to get started.

Not sure which repair you need? Describe the symptoms. Diagnosis determines the work; we won't treat a symptom as proof that a particular part needs replacing.

Clean doesn't always mean cool

A fresh look?
Or a deeper clean?

Choose the goal, not just the name. These are two different services.

01 / LIGHT

Clean on the outside.

Exterior scrubbing and cosmetic cleaning to get your console looking fresh again.

$59.99Not an internal overheating service.
02 / DEEP

Look beyond the surface.

A deeper cleaning service focused on overheating, thermal throttling and cooling-related concerns.

$89.99Hardware faults may need separate repair.

No surprise drop-ins

One repair.
A straightforward plan.

This is an appointment-based business. Please arrange a drop-off first so we're ready for your device.

  1. 01

    Tell us the issue.

Choose your device and describe what's going wrong. Include the best number and time to reach you.

  2. 02

    We'll call you.

Your request goes to our text-enabled landline. We can read messages but cannot text back, so expect a phone call.

  3. 03

    Confirm a drop-off.

We'll discuss the service and agree on a drop-off appointment. A request alone does not reserve a time.

  4. 04

    Review the work.

We'll discuss the needed repair and pricing after inspection. Motherboard work is quoted by severity and scope.

Before work begins

A deposit toward your repair.

Device repairs generally require a $49.99 nonrefundable deposit, which is applied toward the repair—not an extra charge on top of it.

Controller services and repairs priced below $49.99 are paid upfront instead. We'll confirm the applicable payment details when we speak.

No payment or card information is collected on this website.

A little clarity

Before you
bring it in.

Find an answer here, or include your question in the appointment request.

Can I just drop off my device?

Please schedule first. Drop-offs are by confirmed appointment so we're ready to receive and discuss your device. Sending a request does not confirm a time.

Can you text me back?

No. Our business line can read incoming texts, but cannot reply by text. Include a callback number and your best callback time; we'll contact you by phone.

What does the repair deposit cover?

The $49.99 deposit is nonrefundable and is applied toward the repair. Controller services and repairs priced below the deposit are paid upfront instead. We'll explain the payment details before work begins.

Do you replace just one controller stick?

No. PS5 and Xbox Series controller stick replacements are offered as pairs only. Standard analog stick pairs are $29.99; Hall-effect pairs are $59.99.

Does button-contact cleaning include a warranty?

No. The $25 controller button service cleans the contacts when buttons aren't actuating; it does not include a warranty. Other faults may need a different repair and quote.

Is a motherboard repair a fixed price?

No. Motherboard faults are quoted based on severity and the work required. Describe the symptoms first; an inspection is needed to establish the repair.

What about phones, laptops or handhelds?

Tell us your device model, the symptoms and the work you want done. These services are quote-required for now; we'll discuss the available repair and cost before arranging a drop-off.

What should I include in my request?

Device type and model, symptoms, any relevant damage or previous work, your callback number and the best time to call. Do not send passwords, unlock codes, payment details or sensitive files. If your device still works, backing up important data before a repair is a sensible precaution.

How long will a repair take?

Timing depends on the fault and the work involved. We'll discuss the expected schedule when we speak; the website does not promise a turnaround time.
